Pathways to Stillness

A relaxed group for people who wish to explore meditation and the different pathways to stillness. Sessions begin with herbal tea and discussion which may include a themed reading or reflection to help guide members into the meditation. No meditation experience is necessary and all levels are welcome.

Vinyasa Yoga

Vinyasa Yoga with Maya.Earth
Mornings: Tuesday and Thursday at 9.30am
Evenings: Monday and Thursday at 8.00pm

Vinyasa flow is a coordination of movement and breath which creates a smooth transition from one pose to the next. Maja’s calm, welcoming energy invites you to connect with your body and to become part of this special yoga community. As her other passion is nutritious food, Maja finishes each class with a healthy drink or homemade vegan treats that she specially prepares to support the theme of the class.

Gentle Yoga

A restorative, nourishing, very slow and gentle yoga practice, encouraging you to slow down for your physical, spiritual, & psychological wellbeing. Learn to listen to your body and adjust poses to suit your body and desired pace. Suitable for beginners and persons with restricted movement.

Sound Meditation

Using Tibetan Singing Bowls, Kelly intuitively creates a harmonic symphony that will bathe you in vibrations of sound and ancient healing energy. Lie back, relax, and follow the sound and experience a whole new type of bliss as you effortlessly slip into a deep state of meditation and relaxation. Each time you come to a session you will find that your experiences will change as you surrender to the beautiful harmonic sounds the bowls create.

Nutrition & Gut Health Coaching

Nutrition coaching for those wanting to learn how to improve their overall health and wellbeing using the most basic from of medicine – food. The Gut-Brain Axis is the link between how what we eat can affect our mood, behaviour and immunity - which can lead to food intolerances, allergies, asthma, skin conditions and other immune reactions. As a Food Scientist, Nutritionist, certified GAPS Practitioner and Gut Health Specialist with over 15 years of experience working within the food industry, Cynthia is passionate about utilising her broad knowledge base to educate and empower others to achieve better health for themselves and their children by making informed choices about the food that they eat.

Therapeutic Touch

Therapeutic Touch is an evidenced based form of energy work which has been used in mainstream healthcare to support healing. TT combines traditional knowledge with modern scientific understanding of the body’s energy field to restore balance, create deep relaxation and support the body’s own healing process.

Reiki Sessions

Reiki is an energy practice that promotes a sense of deep relaxation and healing. Reiki aims to clear the body of energetic blocks, allowing energy to flow freely, by placing the hands in a series of positions over the body.

Posture and Rehabilitation Training

A unique form of training which uses a combination of remedial massage, exercise, and functional neurology to enable clients to become more connected to their body. Through better body awareness clients are able to improve posture and movement patterns which in turn reduce tension and pain and aide recovery. Healthy posture also improves mental alertness, confidence and all personal training outcomes making this form of training beneficial to all persons desiring improved strength, balance and overall wellbeing.

Pathways to Stillness Program

A relaxed course for people who wish to explore the different pathways to stillness and peace. By exploring various methods including stillness meditation, yoga and sound therapy participants discover which form resonates best with them. The neuroscience behind the benefits of these practices are also explored. Sessions begin with herbal tea, themed information and discussion and a meditation, therapy or yoga practice. Time for personal reflection is provided after each session. No meditation or yoga experience is necessary and all levels are welcome.

Beginner’s Yoga Course

Vinyasa is a coordination of movement and breath, a dynamic yet gentle form of yoga flowing from one pose or asana to the next. This 6-week course is an opportunity to learn the main asanas in a safe and encouraging way with more personalised attention. Ideal for newcomers to yoga or those wanting to improve their technique.

These workshops aim to educate and empower participants to achieve better health for themselves and their children by making informed choices about the food that they eat. A unique workshop with practical demonstrations to discover what a healthy, balanced posture looks and feels like and how it can affect mood, alertness, movement, pain and injury.
