Vinyasa yoga is a gentle form of yoga that flows from one pose or asana to the next. Movements and poses can be taken to your desired level and ability, so all are welcome!
Our classes are small with a maximum of 10 people, allowing more personalised attention from your teacher Maja. A cup of herbal tea and a surprise plant-based treat awaits you after each practice, lovingly prepared by Maja. Connection is an important part of our little yoga community!
